Like all passions …… Passion Overload! is simple but strong and boy does it hit home….. here’s your Passion Fruit Margarita Recipe – you’re so welcome
Flipping delicious – just have a go!
So what is a Margarita?
Basically a margarita is a cocktail consisting of tequila, orange liqueur, and lime juice often served with salt on therim of the glass.
The drink is served shaken with ice, blended with ice, or without ice.
Here we use Passionfruit, why not?
Do you like passion fruit? I love it, such an amazing flavour
Passion Fruit Margarita
The passion fruit is a pepo, a type of berry, round to oval, either yellow or dark purple at maturity, with a soft to firm, juicy interior filled with numerous seeds.
The fruit is both eaten and juiced; passion fruit juice is often added to other fruit juices to enhance aroma.
Enjoy the Passion Overload!

To serve your Passion Fruit Margarita
You can use the lime to make a salt rim by rubbing the lime around the glass.
Then dip the rim of the glass in a saucer with salt in it – fine sea salt is the best , not table salt.
I don’t like salt with this so just have a big pile of Tuc or Ritz salty biscuits on the side
You will need something savoury to enjoy with this – see note above on salty biscuits!
Another Margarita?
Hey why not check out this another Margarita for you – more of a classic.
Oh I love a good Margarita
Anyway – let me know how you go and always remember to drink responsibly
