You can do this drink with a salty rim on your glass like a Margarita.
However I prefer a dish of salted Almonds on the side, way better and way less fuss!

Margarita - The Paloma
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 Pink Grapefruit
- 50 ml Tequila
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup about 2x tablespoons Max
- Soda Water
- Put the ice in the glass
- Squeeze the lime and grapefruit and our the juice into the glass over the ice
- Add the Sugar Syrup & Tequila and STIR
- Top up with soda water - to the strength you like
