Ingredients
500-600gsmall New Potatoeshalved
2medium Red Onionspeeled and chopped into 8
1CloveGarlicpeeled and finely chopped
2teaspoonsDried Sage
Salt and Black Pepper
1/2Head of Cauliflowerbroken into florets
1 - 2tablespoons- or large drizzleChilli Olive Oil (make sure it's chilli) Fry light and chilli flakes if you're being good
6Hecks Pork Sausages
150-200gFrozen Garden Peas
Instructions
Preheat oven - 200C/400F/Gas 6
In a large solid based baking tray throw in your New Potato halves, followed by the chopped red onions
Sprinkle over the finely chopped Garlic, the Dried Sage and season with Salt and Black Pepper
Next add the Cauliflower Florets Drizzle over the Chilli Olive Oil (or fry light)
Finally top with the 6 Hecks Sausages, prick them twice Bang in the preheated oven on the top shelf for 35-40 minutes, string it round once after 15 minutes
When the sausages are cooked and the potatoes are tender (approx. 35-45 minutes) throw in the garden peas and return to the oven for a further 5 minutes
Remove and serve
