A delicious blend of Rhubarb Gin and ginger, yum
- Ice
- 50 ml Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
- 50 ml still lemonade with ginger m&s....or fresh lemon juice and a dash of sugar syrup
- Soda Water
- Lemon to slice for decoration
Find a long hi-ball or big glass (I love balloon glasses for Gin) and half fill with ice
Add 50ml gin and same amount of still lemonade (approx 2 shot glasses each)
STIR
Add soda water to top up as much as you want - do it bit by bit until you find the strength you like
Add a couple of lemon slices
