I am one of 100 people following a strict 29 day challenge to see if we can make ourselves happier?

The Neom Organics Happy 100 gang
The 100 gang have been doing quite simple things really for the last couple of weeks.
Like walking outside, bathing in products, taking me time, date nights, waking up to yoga all sorts of small things.
I’m not sure if it’s working totally but it is certainly nice to put yourself first and follow a plan, all revolving around YOU and your happiness.
Feels a little self indulgent- but it really shouldn’t, should it?
As part of the trial we were asked to take certain pics etc.

The next 2 weeks
So for the next 2 weeks we’ll follow a similar plan.
Things like making small objectives, planning all things which make you feel more in control.
For me that’s certainly makes me calmer and happier. I love a good scent and I think aroma can play a massive part with emotions and well being.
One day we have to take time out of Tech – eek that will be quite difficult for me with my blog platform to manage. But I will try and take the suggested breaks, have you ever done a ‘Digital Detox’?
Yesterday was ’10 minute massage’ and it was ace!
And although it was Valentines Day I needed to do my own 😉 he was way too busy!!!
Massage Neom Organic Happy
Massage doesn’t just help ease achy muscles – it calms the mind, promotes circulation and allows time for reflection.
But if you don’t have time for a spa day and your own personal masseuse is still a distant dream; why not try a DIY approach?
Neom Organics asked Neom Therapeutic Massage Expert, Kristen McKenzie, to share her failsafe 10 minute routines, which can be tailored to suit all schedules.
So if you want to feel energised today, follow the steps before your morning shower. If you’ll need help unwinding later on, practise the technique before you go to bed.
You could also add a little bit of luxury to your massage by using essential oils –
HEAD/SCALP Place the heel of your palms under your hair on either side of your head, near your temples. Push the scalp up towards the ceiling, hold for a few seconds and release. Work in sections across your entire scalp.
FACE Use your fi ngertips to lightly draw little circles along your hairline, cheekbones and temples. Gently rub your ears and earlobes between your fingertips.
NECK/SHOULDERS Drop your shoulders so they’re not hunched up by your ears and slowly tuck your chin to your chest to stretch your neck. Place two or three fingertips on the back of your neck where your neck and shoulders meet.
Press firmly and hold, then massage the area using a circular motion. Release when the muscle feels more relaxed.
