So what is Rhubarb Gin?

Rhubarb and Ginger Gin or Rhubarb Ginger Gin is a sort of infused liquor.

It is produced commercially by several companies, but can be made at home by infusing gin with rhubarb.

The infused gin can be consumed as is or used as a base for mixed cocktails. Wikipedia

I spotted this Gin in Tesco and the local garden centre so it’s easy to get hold of and only 20% so perfect for an easy afternoon tipple.

It’s about £18 and made by Edinburgh Gins but there a few different Rhubarb Gins out there!

Make as a long drink with loads of ICE
