Easy Lighter Chilli – so lovely

Easy Lighter Chilli

A nice easy lighter Chilli for mid week or weekend come to think of it, packed full of lovely vegetables! An up-to date take on the traditional Chilli Con Carne! It’s still lovely minced steak but the lower fat version!

You know those heavy sticky Chilli’s well this isn’t one of those  :-)  It also packed with  vegetables and this not only adds that lovely fibre (hides to form the kids) it also stretches the mince and makes and feeds more. I tend to make a big batch and freeze portions. That way there’s always a tasty dinner waiting for me and the family when I get home

For those WW peeps – if you ditch the cheese and divide by 5 portions = 7 #Smart Points – I have mine with Cauliflower rice Cx

Why not have a go at this Easy Lighter Chilli – why not? And pleas leave a comment if you do, I do so love to get your comments

Thanks Cx
